My classes are a fun, flowing and unique combination of classic and contemporary Pilates.
Working on strength, control, balance, breath, stamina and co-ordination.

Group classes
One Hour Group Sessions in local venues in York
& Bishop Wilton
Suitable for all levels, beginners through to experienced, with modifications offered where necessary.
These sessions build and flow through foundational exercises at to more complex and challenging. With regular attendance you'll quickly notice how you gain in strength, flexibility, control and stamina and soon feel a part of this friendly, supportive and empowered community.

Online Classes
I run regular weekly sessions on Zoom which can be accessed live, see my timetable in the classes section and just email me for a link. If my live class timetable doesn't work for you, these sessions are also available as recordings.
This is a great option if you’re fitting your practice around a busy lifestyle. All you need is a mat, a screening device and somewhere comfortable in your home to exercise.
Please note: If you’re coming to Pilates for the first time and/or you are hoping to fix a chronic issue such as back pain, please get in touch for a chat to discuss your specific issues and aims, prior to starting online.

1:1 Sessions
These sessions offer an opportunity for us to work together in a bespoke way to address any physical movement concerns you may have, to develop better practice and to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of your Pilates practice.
These sessions can be arranged at my home or yours or in a neutral community space.
